Why I Offer a One-Year Contract (and Why It’s a Good Thing)
When you work with me, you’ll notice something up front—I don’t typically offer one-time editing gigs.
Instead, I ask new clients to commit to a one-year contract. And friend, I promise—it’s not about locking you in. It’s about creating something so much better: consistency, connection, and peace of mind.
Here’s why it matters:
When we work together over time, I get to know you—your brand, your editing style, your heart behind every image.
Sure, I can learn your style fairly quickly. But consistency doesn’t come from rushing—it comes from relationship.
Your edits are unique to you, and your clients come to expect that signature style. When you send your galleries to a different editor every time, you risk having to go back and tweak or re-edit a good chunk of your catalog. That’s time you don’t need to lose.
By partnering long-term, we build a rhythm that keeps your work cohesive and your business flowing smoothly. And honestly? It gives you the freedom to focus on what matters most—whether that’s your family, your creativity, or the next big step in your business.
My contracts begin with a one-year term, and at the end of that year, we simply check in. If things have gone well and you’re loving the support, we’ll renew for another year. If it’s not the right fit anymore, that’s okay too. I value honest conversation and truly want what’s best for you.
Because this isn’t just about photo editing. It’s about coming alongside you—supporting you, encouraging you, and giving you back time and energy for the things that matter most.
