I am so excited to have you onboard for outsourcing your editing. I know if we work together we can start making progress towards your outsourcing and editing goals! Consider myself officially on your team and ready to roll. Below you are going to find a few questions of things we need in order to move forward and make this successful for both of us. This on-boarding should only take 15-30 minutes to complete, and then you're ready to schedule and/or prepare your first catalog to be sent over!

I know how daunting and overwhelming the outsourcing process can be. I 100% get it. You're handing over work that is the core of your business. So, I completely understand and respect how important of a decision this is for you! I want to give you the most amazing experience and this trial run will help make this possible. How would you describe your editing style?

What is the most important thing about the editing style of your work?

Is there a specific blog post, gallery link, or Instagram account that best represents your work that you'd like me to view?

What settings do you typically adjust in Lightroom when you edit your photos? What presets do you use, if any?

What things do you avoid doing with your edits? (What things do you NOT like)

Are you looking for editing that is all color? Or color with some B&W? (If B&W discuss your B&W editing preferences and/or what presets you use)

What is your current routine (turnaround process schedule) after shooting a wedding? How are you hoping outsourcing will fit into this routine/turnaround schedule?

Please use this form to quickly log your booked sessions/weddings that you plan on outsourcing. Portrait Sessions

If you plan on outsourcing Portrait Sessions you don't have to list every single session here — just a quarterly or monthly estimate would help. Example: Jan - Apr (slow season) : expect 3-5 sessions, 100-300 images May - Aug: expect 5 sessions per month, 100-300 images Oct-Nov (busiest season): expect 10-15 sessions during this time, 100-300 images

Weddings/Events

In this box below you’ll share a count of your currently booked current events that you’re planning on outsourcing. This doesn’t have to be extremely accurate; this helps me predict my income and general availability/demand throughout the year. Please try not to list events you won’t be outsourcing, I need an estimate to the best of your abilities. List the date of your events and a rough estimate of the image amounts that will be outsourced (it's okay that the estimate number won't be exact). Example: 2/14/2021 — Williams Wedding (600-900 outsourced images) 3/1/2021 — Pearson Wedding (600-900 outsourced images) 4/12/2021 — Flores Wedding (600-900 outsourced images) Booked sessions/events/weddings I plan on outsourcing

Please open the latest updated version of Lightroom Classic (LrC), then locate your Presets and/or Profiles. If you need me to use any Presets or Profiles you use it's important I have those on file for you. Head to this link below to upload any Presets or Profiles that you use in Lightroom. Your presets will only be used for you and your work only — you only need to do this step once. Use the upload buttons below to upload your files (it's best to compress the files into a zip file before sending them)

Service Agreement

Almost done, you're so close to booking!

After you submit this form, you'll see the Service Agreement form next for you to review and digitally sign. This is a standard Service Agreement (similar to a standard freelancer/sub-contractor agreement) that helps establish expectations of my service I'll be providing to you, my new client! If you have any questions at all about any of the terms just let me know — I'm really flexible to work with (I'm just trying to cross my t's and dot my i's). 😉 This agreement does not tie you down to a certain number of catalogs, because I fully understand this industry has been a little unpredictable these days. 🎉 After you've signed the agreement sent to your email after submitting this form you're done with on-boarding! When you've completed your on-boarding you'll receive a confirmation that will contain the instructions to preparing and sending your catalogs (i.e. file instructions that walk you through step by step)
