My name is Ellie Wilson, and I am here to meet you where you are at. Once I became a mom I found out pretty quickly that we are not meant to do life alone!
I started Ellie Kay Photo Editing to come alongside fellow Mamas, to support them in their growing business and their growing families too! If you are a fellow Mama, realizing that you cannot do this business all by yourself, along with being preset with your family, I am here for you!

I’m here to partner with you in the everyday juggle of business and motherhood—by taking photo editing off your to-do list, so you can breathe a little easier.
My goal when we work together is to take as much off your plate as possible—so you can spend less time editing and more time doing what you love.
Eventually, I want it to be as simple as this: you go to your session, and I take care of the rest.
As we work together, I’ll create a Client Catalog that’s built just for you. This gives me instant access to your anchor images and helps me keep your edits consistent and true to your unique style.

Edit batch photos (catalogs) so you don't have to.
Using your presets or edits from a select few photos, I will edit the rest of your photos.

I hear you…
I know it can be hard to imagine handing off something so big to someone else, but I think you will find in the long run it will be worth it. As we work together, it will feel like you never left the editing process. You simply will be gaining back hours of your time to make space to pursue the things that you have felt you are missing.
The Process
1. Contact me
First things first. A no-pressure conversation. We will connect and chat about your brand style and what you are hoping to get out of outsourcing your photo editing.
2. Get your Catalog Ready
Once we have connected and you are ready to move forward with working with me, you will send me your photos via a private WeTransfer portal to be edited with your presets or anchor images sprinkled throughout. Anchor images are ones that hold your edits so I have a reference to come back to as I am editing your images.
3. Take a Load Off
Now it's my turn. I’ll get your photos edited to your brand style and send them back to you through WeTransfer for you to send to your clients. Now you have space. I got you from here.
FAQ’s
01. What is your turn around time?
My turn around time is typically 1-3 business days per catalog under 400 images. Anything more will take closer to 5-7 business days, once catalog is received.
02. How much do you charge?
$0.40 per image, this excludes the anchor images that you make and send to me in your catalog.
